Goal: Strengthen the image of ANA Aeroportos as an innovative service. Translate data into interesting and accessible information for an audience with different profiles and levels of knowledge.

Solution: Use the metaphor of the conductor and the orchestra to substantiate and convey the concept that the ANA is the centre of coordination of various entities, people and systems. Adapting storytelling and design to this metaphor and linking it to the use of Artificial Intelligence as a fundamental tool for managing data and anticipating problems, which saves time and money for both ANA and its suppliers, customers and passengers.
