Slide Lab Presentations, in the scope of providing its products and services, needs to collect certain personal data from its Clients. On the other hand, the increasingly frequent interaction with users of our websites,
applications, digital products, and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platforms”), also requires, in some cases, the collection of the user's personal information to benefit from services provided by Slide Lab Presentations, or the collection of data from your device (via files known as cookies) to improve the performance of said Platforms.

What is Personal Data?

What Personal Data do we collect?
Slide Lab Presentations collects and processes the personal data necessary for the provision of its products and services, namely when you subscribe to a contact list, use our Platforms, or contact us. In this regard, your personal data may include, specifically, your name, identification and contact details, or information about how you use our Platforms or how you interact with us. Slide Lab Presentations is particularly concerned with the protection of the rights of minors; therefore, the collection of personal data from individuals under the age of 18 is dependent on the consent of their respective parents or legal guardians. To this end, when collecting data from minors, the consent of the parents or legal guardians of the minors involved will be requested.

Slide Lab Presentations Clients' personal data is generally used within the scope of providing and managing the contracted products and services, as well as for the study, improvement, and adaptation of services to the Client's needs and interests. The Client may, however, provide their personal data for other purposes, such as receiving institutional information from Slide Lab Presentations, participating in contests and market research, receiving marketing communications (namely, campaigns and promotions regarding our services and products), as well as for sending complaints and suggestions. In this regard, we use your personal data for the following purposes:
• To provide our products and services: We use your aforementioned information to provide our products and services.
• To communicate and manage our relationship with you: Occasionally, we may contact you by email and/or SMS for administrative reasons.

The period for which data is stored and retained varies according to the purpose for which the information is used. Regarding the data necessary for the provision of insurance products and services, it will be retained as long as you maintain your relationship with us, unless we are required by legal requirements to retain the data for a longer period. Slide Lab Presentations reserves the right, at any time, to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Policy, and such changes will be duly updated on our Platforms. We suggest that you consult them regularly to stay informed of any changes.
